100 g Gutopia Cashew Kefir
2 Tbsp desiccated coconut
2 Tbsp Smalkais muslis w/ berries [or oats]
1 piece nectarine
handful of raspberries
3-4 juicy dates
2 Tbsp hulled hempseed hearts
1/2 tsp zest of lime

Add all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Decorate with additional berries and seeds.
